Kaye has a global reputation for her insight, energy and ability to make a significant difference to brand growth through consumer led pricing strategy.
Her skills were honed during ten years working in top marketing and business support roles in two major FMCG organisations, Diageo and Lion Nathan.
Achievements include repositioning beer and spirits brands into and within the premium segment and reducing the level of brand discounting to deliver additional revenue.
She introduced consumer-led pricing to Diageo and was responsible for the pricing module of the Diageo Way of Brand Building (DWBB). The DWBB programme is internationally recognised by peers as one of the best marketing capability programmes in the world. Kaye delivered her customer focused pricing programmes in 35 markets across every continent.
As owner-founder of Ripe Strategic, Kaye continues to help global blue chip organisations, as well as medium and small businesses, grow their brands through pricing strategy and tactical pricing. Developing the thinking that defines the ambitions and engages markets to deliver the solutions, embedding her pricing programmes all over the world.
